We will go out of our way to do whatever we have to do to make an event experience the best that it can be and treat every dish as if it was for somebody that was family. We are all community minded individuals and participate in as many community events as possible. I feel as Chefs, especially Banquet Chefs, we have a responsibility for more than just feeding people. The food was delicious, the wedding was perfect, and the staff- they were not only courteous but clearly had only one thing in mind- to make sure our stay and our event were absolutely perfect and it showed.
